Our award winning Bourbon Whiskey gets some final grooming in 59 gallon Tawny Port casks of various age, adding aroma and flavor of sultana raisin and maple syrup to round out and soften the natural spicy finish. Finished in 8-10 barrel batches when superior port casks become available, each release will have a unique expression unto itself.
